Neo-Balance Mind Therapy & Recovery℠ is expanding its Outpatient Wellness Center, and we are seeking compassionate, trauma-informed Licensed or Associate Clinicians (MFT, CSW, PCC) who are passionate about providing high-quality care to clients with complex trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
This role is ideal for clinicians who feel confident and comfortable facilitating group therapy, are interested in subconscious mind psychotherapy, understand their clinical profession as a life calling, and are grounded in evidence-based practices such as:

CBT, DBT, ACT, and Behavioral Activation

Person-Centered, Humanistic Approaches

Trauma-Focused Care in group and individual settings.
Preference will be given to clinicians who have completed Level 1 EMDR training or who are committed to completing it before their start date.
Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.

Develop, monitor, and update treatment plans.

Develop and manage crisis support.

Provide individual psychotherapy to clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessions, addictions, somatic conditions, grief, and other stressor-related disorders.

Facilitate engaging, structured group sessions using evidence-based and trauma-informed frameworks.

Collaborate with a dynamic team that values mind-body approaches and clinical integrity.

Contribute to ongoing program development and support overall goals.

Standard treatment documentation.
Offering

$36-$52/hour depending on licensure status, experience, and relevant training.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hillcrest, San Diego, CA 92103

Ongoing training in EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma-informed modalities, and other professional development assistance.

Requirements

Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) or Licensed in California with a valid BBS number.

2 years of experience providing therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, or Motivational Interviewing.

Interest or background in trauma-focused care.

Strong group facilitation skills and confidence in managing group dynamics.

Level 1 EMDR certification (or ability to complete prior to start date).

Comfort with documentation and clinical compliance standards.
